Rosco Custom LitePad is an ultra-thin edge-lit LED panel designed for seamless, uniform illumination across custom shapes and sizes. Its 8mm profile and patented acrylic design make it ideal for low-profile installations in architectural and specialty lighting such as backlighting, shelving, and aesthetically lit walls and ceilings.

Custom LitePad is perfect for architectural, retail, and specialty projects where color accuracy matters. Plus, with options for high-efficiency LEDs, recycled material fabrication, indoor, damp, and outdoor IP ratings, Custom LitePad supports sustainable, versatile design. Static White

Static White Custom LitePads offer high-quality white light with 95+ CRI. Available in a wide range of color temperatures from 2200K to 6500K, these panels are designed to meet J8 Title 24 compliance standards. Additional options include a 30% brighter and more efficient LitePad than the original HO, delivering higher lumens per watt.

Tunable White

Tunable White Custom LitePads offer high-quality white lights with 90+ CRI. Available in a color temperature range as low as 2200K to 6500K, with the standard being 2700K to 6500K. Compatible with DMX and DALI, this versatile LitePad is perfect for circadian rhythm installations or projects where color temperatures may change – such as merchandising changeovers, seasonal displays, etc.

Color Mixing – RGB & RGBW

Color Mixing Custom LitePads are available in both RBG and RGBW, with the multiple white LED options. Compatible with DMX and DALI, these adaptable LitePads offers a full range of colors for all your design needs. Additional color options include all blue, all red, or all green LEDs for maximum color output.

Pre-Diffused Frosted Custom LitePad Available

This add-on accessory delivers even light homogenization with no fabrication required. Embedded in a 1” (25mm) thick frosted white acrylic, it creates a striking 3D visual effect whether the panel is illuminated or not. The seamless, frameless design ensures clean edge alignment for a refined, modern look. Engineered for durability and pressure resistance, it’s ideal for architectural, retail, and branding environments. Additional diffusion options include a 3mm surface adhered diffusion.

Mounting:
Pre-drilled holes can be specified (drawings required of hole size and locations).
Custom LitePad may bow if the panel area is too large. Broad sheets should be supported every 18 inches in any direction.
Custom LitePad can be drilled or tooled anywhere across the interior surface within 1 inch of its edge.
Client is responsible for mounting hardware and installation (mounts similar to a mirror).

Heat Control: An integral aluminum heat sink is mounted on the rear of the panel to disperse heat build-up, reducing the need for external cooling and prolonging service life.

LitePads must be wired in parallel, not series. Each LitePad requires direct connection to power supply.

Safety Disclaimer

Use only UL certified power adaptors with the power output that coordinates with your input voltage. Do not apply 24V DC to 12V DC panels, as within seconds the result may be burned LEDs or fire. Look for your voltage tags at the end of the power cord.
